To better serve our amazing clients and ensure every event runs smoothly, we have recently updated our Service Agreement. This updated agreement applies to all of our catering and event services, with the exception of specific event details like your menu, guest count, and event date, which will be specific to your booking.
We created this Service Agreement to provide clarity, set expectations, and protect both you and our team. It outlines important information about our services, payment schedules, cancellation policies, health and safety guidelines, and more. Having a clear agreement helps us deliver the exceptional service and delicious food you deserve—while ensuring that every event is handled with professionalism, respect, and care.
Please note: When booking with Queen’s BBQ and Southern Cuisine, all clients will be required to review and e-sign the Service Agreement. Your electronic signature confirms your understanding and acceptance of our policies and helps us move forward with planning your special event.
